Two apartments were severely damaged and  six others received smoke and water damage to make them uninhabitable.  The fire,  at the Lakeview Terrace Apartments on South Olds Blvd. in Falls Twp.  is still under investigation.  Crews responded at about 7:30  PM and were met with heavy fire  coming from an a apartment in E  building.   There were no reports of any injuries.

As soon as fire companies started to arrive, they determined that they could not handle the job with what was coming in.  A second alarm was called and companies from Bristol, Morrisville and  Langhorne  arrived. Fire Police closed South Olds Blvd. for several hours.  10 people were left homeless from the fire.  During the  fire, social media  feeds were filled with people who were at the scene giving their version of what was happening to their followers. People should be careful about putting too much stock in this kind of information. Quite often it is wrong.
