Philadelphia Police are trying to  determine who ran a red traffic signal yesterday, June 12, 2017 and caused a three car crash. The incident happened on the Roosevelt Blvd. at Deveraux Ave. in the Oxford Circle section of the northeast.  The incident happened just after 11:30 AM, in the northbound lanes.  Apparently, one vehicle was heading south and made a turn onto eastbound Deveraux, and collided with two other vehicles.

One of those vehicles, a pick up truck carrying home remodeling supplies, operated by Anthony Gifliotti of Belmawr NJ was north in the outermost lane when he was involved.  The force of the impact sent his vehicle through a fence and onto the front lawn of a corner property. Two other vehicles came to rest in the middle of the intersection.

Cops are looking for witnesses. One man on a motorcycle stopped and kept telling people what he thought happened. He was distraught and in shock by the scene. It is unknown if his statements have anything of value.   A total of two ambulances were called to the scene.
