Limousine and Uber Collide Near Stadium Complex

A limousine that turned over onto it’s roof yesterday, August 29, 2019 in the rear of the stadium complex. The location was actually S. Broad Street and Terminal Avenue, which is where drivers who exit from I-95 enter on to Broad Street. At least two people were hurt in the crash. The limousine was not carrying passengers . Police on the said that this crash happened when one of the vehicles ran a red light.
None of the injuries was life threatening. The traffic light pattern could be confusing to someone who is not familiar to it as the try to come north on Broad Street. The crash happened about 12:30 PM. The vehicles were towed from the scene by 2:00 PM. The stadium complex would be busy a few hours later with the US Womens Soccer Team. Police did not say if the Uber car was carrying any passengers.
