Arson Suspect Sought in Philadelphia

An unknown male is being sought by police in Philadelphia for an arson that took place on September 22, 2019 on the 900 block of Carver Street. The strange thing is, police said , is that this male saw a security camera and waved to it, just before setting trash cans on fire. He made no attempt to cover or conceal his face. The incident happened about 11:30 PM. There were no injuries.
It appears that the fire was contained to some trash cans and did not spread to any nearby houses, police said.
