Bucks County Senior Arrested For Hit and Run Death of Philly Pedestrian

Romualda Gulbiniene of Grace Drive was arrested late last week in connection to her role in the hit and run death of Youlia Sherman.
Philadelphia Police said that the Richboro resident was behind the wheel of the vehicle that hit her and sped away. Richboro can be accessed relatively quickly by going north on Bustleton Avenue and staying either on Buck Road or Bustleton Pike. It was very likely that Gulbiniene went home right after the accident.
Police said that Gulbiniene is charged with accident involving death , She had no license to drive at the time of the accident. Police also charged her with traffic violations. Richboro is in Northmapton Twp.
