NJ National Guard Flyover Could Be Visible In Lower Bucks County

About two weeks ago, the Thunderbird’s and Blue Angels did a flyby which was witnessed by people in the Levittown, Bensalem , Philadelphia area.  Today, May 12, 2020 it is New Jersey’s turn to enjoy something similar.

The New Jersey 177th Fighter Wing and the 108th  of the New Jersey Air National Guard will be over a small portion of Levittown, Bristol area from 12:07 PM Until 12:13 PM. They are doing a fly over of various COVID-19 test sites and hospitals in New Jersey. They will by flying from Trenton which is where the Department of Military Affairs is, to Jefferson Hospital, Cherry Hill campus. It is that leg of the tour which the flight could be seen by people on the Pennsylvania side of the river.

 

According to a press release, the flyover will consist of  three F-16 fighting Falcons and a KC-135 Stratotanker.  This flyover in the garden state is intended to boost morale among healthcare workers and first responders, which deal with the COVID-19 pandemic on a daily basis.
