Female Shot In Car On Frankford Ave Driven To Hospital

Philadelphia Police are working to determine what happened just after 11:00 AM on the 8700 block of Frankford Ave. A female riding in a car was struck in the leg by at least one bullet. It appears that multiple shots were fired at the car.
That vehicle quickly rushed her to Jefferson Hospital, Torresdale Division where was was admitted in stable condition. No arrest has been made, police are looking for security cameras that may have recorded the incident.
