Dangerous Juvenile Wanted By Philly Police For Murder

Philadelphia Police are looking for a juvenile that is wanted for a serious crime in Philadelphia.. Murder. According to police reports, On November 28, 2021 , at 1:32 PM on the 2200 block of North Park Avenue Sam Collington was involved in a dispute with 17 year old Latif Williams. Collington was in front of his residence. Williams was on a street he did not live on. As the dispute grew , Williams pulled out a pistol and shot Collington multiple times in the chest and back. 
He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1:57 PM.. Williams ran away and has not been seen since. He took the gun with him. Due to the seriousness of the crime, it’s a sure bet that Williams will face adult charges and do time in an adult prison.
The city has surpassed it’s record of 500 homicides for the year set in 1990.
