Philadelphia Police want to hear from you if you have any information on the identity or whereabouts of the two men pictured with this story. They are wanted in connection with multiple robberies and at least one murder in the city, all occurring in recent months.  On December 4, 2015,   cops held a press conference and released the security footage  of the males they would like to speak to.  There is a large reward offered for the capture of the males.

The homicide happened on November 26, 2015  at 5:09 AM,  on the 3500 block of Almond Street, in the Kensington section of the city.   as cops got there, they found 21 year old Ryan Kelly laying in the street, shot one time in the chest. The rushed him to Temple University Hospital  where doctors tried to save him, but it was too late. He was pronounced dead at 5:31 AM.

If you can use $20,000 but are too scared to give your name to the cops, you can use this form to submit a tip without giving your name. These should be from the Philly area and someone knows who they are.  Take a look at the photos and forward them to your friends even if they live outside the region, as they may have family  who can identify them.
