Mulch fire damages Oxford Valley Mall restaurant

A small mulch fire is being blamed for damaging the popular TGI Friday’s restaurant which sits on the ring road around the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown Bucks County. The fire, reported shortly after 1:15 PM was extinguished and most of the fire companies that were dispatched had taken up. It was then, that firefighters realized a small amount of flames had gotten into the walls of the building.
For precaution, the brought back other companies and prepared to battle the building fire. Luckily, that was not necessary, as the fire crews that remained on scene were able to douse all of the fire without the help of the responding companies. no injuries were reported. This could have been much worse, as many buildings have been destroyed after a small mulch fire started outside.
