Man Sees Cop In Store, Has Drugs On Him, Steals Anyway

In the off chance you are carrying something you should not be carrying, and you see a cop, it is advisable to be on your best behavior. That information did not filter down to Seth Reynolds of Philadelphia. According to Lower Southampton Police, he went into a WAWA store on Street Road and paid no attention to the police officer that was in the store.
Police said that Reynolds helped himself to numerous energy drinks and snacks. He left the store without paying for the items in full view of the officer. When the officer stopped him, Reynolds had drugs and drug paraphernalia on him. He is charged with the drug possession as well as for stealing the items from the store.
