Thief Steals Wallet From Shopper in South Philly

On April 2 2020 a male was shopping for items inside the Wal-Mart store located at 1675 South Columbus Boulevard. He was pushing a shopping cart and had his wallet in the cart. As he was looking at items on a shelf, he was distracted . That is when the thief struck. He took the victims wallet and walked walked away. He the exited the store.
Wal-Mart is a company that does not spend a lot on labor. However, they do spend a lot on security. They have a state of the art camera system which got some really good video of the opportunistic thief. You can see that here. The thief was too stupid to wear a mask so you can see his face clearly.
