Watch Two Thieves Steal Cash Register. No Masks Were Worn

Police in Philadelphia want to know who stole an entire cash register from the Germantown Dollar Store, located at 5514 Germantown Avenue. The theft happened on April 21, 2020, one day after people were required to wear masks or facial coverings. Apparently, that memo never got to these two, who are observed putting items on the counter as if to make a purchase.
One of the thieves grabs the cash register and runs off, in an unknown direction.
