Bensalem To Close Township Building To Public

by Alex Lloyd Gross

You will need an appointment to enter the Bensalem Township Municipal Building.  This is effective November 23, 2020 and will be in place until further notice. This is to help restrict the spread of COVID-19. Township employees will be working there. However, if a person needs to get to see someone, in say, building and planning they can do that. To pick up a police report, they can still do that but his has to be done through the mail or online.  If someone needs help with a different department and the issue cannot be resolved online or over the phone,  they just have to call the department and  make an appointment to enter the building.

Most services can be handled over the phone or through the mail.  However, if you still need to see someone, you will be able to. As COVID-19 cases rise, look for more restrictions to government facilities, in different areas of the country.
