The owner was in a golf cart sitting outside , when a southbound Cadillac , lost control and careened across the parking lot. Rather than stick around, the driver ran from the scene, across the street. He was chased by several people and captured on Maple Avenue, less than a quarter mile from the scene. He was held for police and offered no resistance to being arrested.  Police did not release his name as he was not formally charged.
