A young, wanna be tough guy got nothing except famous, doing the walk of shame and two new names.  The first name is felon. The second, fellow inmates will give him in prison, when he is caught. “Strapper the Slapper” sounds abut right. The male in the above photo and below video earned these prizes on June 24,2023 just before 4:00 PM.

He got out of the passenger seat of a car along the 1200 block of E. Hunting Park Ave.  This male has just observed what he thought was an easy mark  leaving an ATM  at the Wells Fargo Bank.  He then walks up to him and slaps him, causing the 53 year old man to fall.  He demands money but the victim refused to him him once cent. The robber then  slaps him again  and pulls a gun from his waistband. The victim then grabbed the robber That is when the robber then kicks him and retreats at a good clip back to the car empty handed.

He then goes into a white Kia Optima, in the passenger seat and and the driver pulls off, but not before the rear seat passenger appears to throw something onto the ground.   This was all done in front of some really good security cameras.  You can watch below.  A “strapper: is one of the most derogatory names a male can be called.  This guy earned his name.
