Doylestown Youth Charges With Stealing ATV From Baseball Leauge

A 19 year old male from Doylestown just screwed up his life, after he was arrested by Warrington Police during the early morning hours of  July 29.2023.  Police were called to the area of Bristol Road for three suspicious males.  While on patrol, police saw the headlights on an ATV and tried to stop it.

 

 

The vehicle did not stop, instead, it proceeded at high speed towards the baseball fields at Barness Park.  The ATV driver suddenly stopped the vehicle and police chased him on foot for a short time before he was arrested.  His name is Carter Fitzgerald and he is from Doylestown, police said.

 

 

There were two males on the ATV and police have them both. Upon further investigation, Officers were able to confirm the ATV was housed within a garage on the park premises and belonged to the youth baseball organization. One of the two male suspects, 19-year-old, Carter Fitzgerald of Doylestown, Pa was charged with the offenses of Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and other summary offenses.
