Man Shot To Death On Bustleton Ave

Philadelphia Police said that Kairo Lessa-Neves from the 6900 block of Revere Street was shot to death last night on the 6600 block of Bustleton Ave. She had been shot one time in the head and was rushed to Einstein Medical Center, where she died.
Police gave no motive for the shooting. They were canvassing the area for security camera footage. They said the shooter was a 17 year old male and the two knew each other and had an argument inside a WAWA. The 17 year old then allegedly carjacked another person and drove around the area looking for the victim.
Both the shooter and the victim were in their teens, police said.
