They alleged that Harsh Kumar had sexually assaulted the girl in the public bathroom at the gas station. It is irrelevant if the girl went in willingly or was Kumar was 22 years old. Police took him into custody for questioning and he admitted that he was naked in front of the girl and did sexual acts.

During his questioning, police said that Kumar said that he thought the girl was “15-17 years old” but also knew she was underage. Kumar was held under $250,000 bail /10 percent. The 14 year old girl was taken to St. Mary’s for a sexual assault investigation but later transported to a Philadelphia Hospital for further examination, police said.

  1. Sick bastard. How disgusting. I hope they lock him up and throw away the keys. Other news sources are stating positive testing for semen on her clothes.

  2. He will be out if he isn’t already. Illegal immigrants have no business here when they are sick basturds. Same as the American sick basturds put them to sleep forever. But PA being a blue state and sanctuary state to boot.
