Thief Steals $100.000 In Medical Equipment From Car In Philly Garage.

Philadelphia Police are trying to find the thief that was wearing a surgical mask as he prowled, uninvited through a center city parking garage. The thief looked like he knew what he was doing, as he walked the levels of the garage, and found a vehicle. He broke into the vehicle and took a plastic bag containing 25 spinal implants.
The thief then walked from the garage and has not been seen since. The parking garage was on the 2300 block of Race Street. and the theft happened at 4:30 AM on February 18, 2024. The thief walks slow and methodically.
