by Alex Lloyd Gross

Philadelphia Police have released photos and video of two suspects who they say are responsible for shooting two teenagers in Germantown last night. The shooting claimed the life of a 16 year old male and wounding his friend another 17 year old male. It was at 6:37PM near Germantown Avenue and Wister Street.

Chief Inspector Scott Small said that a male who was driving by was also a victim of the gunfire, when a stray bullet ripped through his clothing. He was not hit by gunfire, but the windows of his vehicle were shot up, police said.

The two male suspects, that are observed in the surveillance video footage, are described as Black males, that appear to be in their early to mid to late teens. Both suspects were observed fleeing on foot, turning southbound on Wakefield Street, and then eastbound on E. Garfield Street.
