Warrington Police ID and Arrest Philadelphia Shoplifter

Self Service check outs at stores are ripe for thefts. People switch bar codes, or under ring their purchases. Or, in the case of Robert Heasley Jr. from Philadelphia, he just flat out did not scan items.

Warrington Police allege that on February 19,2024, Heasley and a female went to the Target Store in Warrington. They walked through the store and selected multiple items.

When it came time to pay, the female left the store empty handed. Heasley then went to the self checkout where he allegedly did not scan and failed to pay for eight items in the cart valued at $195.81. He paid for four items, police said. He was arrested on a warrant and will face charges of Retail Theft, police said.
