US Marshals Arrest Frankford Male For Brooklyn Sexual Assault

In August 2023, New York authorities allege that Mohamed El- Bouhkari was in Brooklyn New York when he committed a sexual assault. He fled back to Philadelphia where he laid low , living under the radar for several months, police said. .
US Marshals got a tip that he had an apartment on the 4800 block of Frankford Avenue. Yesterday, agents set up a surveillance and when El-Boukhari went outside, he was scooped up by police and US Marshals. According to Robert Clark, supervisory agent with the US Marshal’s, El-Boukhari did not resist arrest.
He is currently in custody in Philadelphia, waiting to be extradited back to New York.
