Former President and Presidential hopeful Donald Trump stopped at the Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks Pa for a town hall last night. The room was packed with Trump supporters. This was scheduled to start at 6:00 PM but Trump did not arrive until just before 6:45 PM. South Dakota Governor Kristie Noem was the moderator.

The event was over by 8:00 PM, cut short as two people inside fainted due to heat. “Open the doors. I wish we could open those doors to outside,” Trump said. “For security reasons, they can’t. But you know what I suggest? Open them. Because anybody comes through those doors, you know what’s going to happen to them.” Trump was then seen speaking with his Secret Service team and within minutes, huge roll up doors had opened, bringing cooler air from the adjacent exhibit hall into the room. “Would anybody else like to faint,” Trump quipped, to that at least 10 people in the front could be seen raising their hands in jest.

The questions that Trump took were pre selected. The topics include the cost of doing business for a small business owner. “It’s transportation, all of the costs of getting goods and supplies,” Trump said. He promised when he is president, he will work to fix this.

Trump brought a Gold Star family onto the stage with him and promised to form a congressional committee to find out what happened to their loved one. Trump said he would do it within the first week in office.

Everybody in that room was a Trump supporter. no one was on the fence or undecided. That is not what any campaign wants. They need to go after the undecided voters. Trump is predicted to lose in democratic controlled Philadelphia. In the collar counties, he has a strong chance of canceling out Philadelphia , should all of his supporters show up to vote.

Trump used over the top scare tactics before his arrival, showing slides of heavily tattooed thugs with the words “Your new apartment manager under Kamala Harris”. During the town hall, Trump said that Harris is in the position she is in because no one voted for her and called it a coup. Harris has called Trump unfit to serve another term.

Trump is going to be campaigning in Pennsylvania on October 20, 2024. His campaign is looking at a stop in either the Bensalem area or possibly in Newtown, where his running mate JD Vance held a rally. Nothing is confirmed. at press time.

Trump cut short the questions and instead played a few songs as he was seen on stage pointed at the crowd. Many left at this point, some down front stayed. Police closed all entry points to Route 422 and 76 so Trump’s motorcade could travel to the airport.
