Fire Damages Bensalem Apartments

UPDATE 9:00 AM December 4, 2024 Fire officials confirmed that the fire started in the ground floor and 10 units in B building were damaged. EMS did transport four people to local hospitals.One is in critical condition.

When fire crews got there, they saw fire from a ground floor. Before calls came in reporting a building fire, an engine company was initially dispatched for a fire alarm.

Investigators were at the scene trying to determine the cause of the fire. if anyone has any information they are asked to contact Battalion Chief Robert Sponheimer at 215-633-3617.

A fire damaged a minimum of six apartments at the Primevera Square Apartment complex on Station Avenue, in Bensalem. Multiple residents said that everyone got out safe, including pets.

The fire was confined to B building. Multiple families were displaced. Red Cross was on scene and they were trying to navigate the scene to see if anyone needed their help. Residents were at different areas of the parking lot.

The fire was reported about 6:30PM. It was declared under control within about 30 minutes. A cause is under investigation. Fire companies from Bensalem and Bristol responded.
