Bike thief sought by Philly cops

On October 6, 2018, at 1:00 pm, the victim, a 26 year-old female, locked her bike, a Trek FX Grey and black in color, to a pole in the 1500 block of Locust Street. When she returned later that day the bike was gone. Surveillance video was recovered which depicts an unknown black male taking the victim’s bike from the pole.
