Female Spits on People Over Social Distancing Concerns

Some people do not belong on the street in public, especially during a pandemic . Police want to isolate this female in a jail cell for deliberately spitting on people that dared to complain to her about not social distancing.

According to Philadelphia Police,  the above woman was asked to step back away from another woman  when she was in line to enter a center city store on the 1700 block of Chestnut Street. This happened  on April 19.  about 11:30 AM. . Words were exchanged and the woman, who did wear a mask deliberately lowered it and spat into the womans face while saying “Bitch I don’t have the virus” . She then fled the location in an unknown direction.

The victim was informed that the same woman spat in the face of an employee earlier that week.   Workers in the store brought the woman to a sink to wash  her face. She declined medical treatment.

Offender: 30-35 year old W/F, 5’06” to 5’07”, thin build, long reddish-brown hair, wearing a three quarter length black jacket, dark pants, and a red bandana around her neck. The incident was captured on security footage.  Good clear shots of her face. Someone knows her.
