Philadelphia Police are investigating a fatal accident involving one that drove into a tree early today, March 11, 2021. The accident happened in the southbound inner lane of the Blvd. at Woodward Street, when a vehicle operated by ANASTASIYA MOSKVINA from the 3300 block of WOODLAND CIRCLE, HUNTINGDON VALLEY PA. went out of control and struck a tree.
The vehicle burst into flames and Moskvina was pulled from the vehicle by a civilian. She was pronounced dead at the scene by Philadelphia paramedics. Police are looking into why she went into the tree, drugs and alcohol have not been ruled out, as the investigation is still in it’s infancy. There were no other vehicles involved and her vehicle had no passengers, police said.
