Ted Leroy Fosco, 58, learned his fate in a Bucks County Courtroom,  11 to 22 years in state prison. It was back on January 27,2021 when he went into the Comfort Inn on Route 1 in Bensalem.  He fired shots at people that were minding their business in the lobby. He tried to rob a teenager, who ran into his motel room. Fosco  screamed at the youth to “give up everything”. He then fired at least one  gunshot through the door of the room.

Fosco also fought with police who arrested him.  When they took him into custody, Fosco was found to be carrying a handgun. He was convicted in October of last year on multiple counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault, along with counts of criminal attempt to discharge a firearm into an occupied structure, robbery, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fosco will undergo intense drug treatment and when he is released, he will have to stay away from the motel.  You can read the full story here.
