Male Who Fell Out Of Wheelchair While Overdosing , Charged With Stealing From Two Warrington Stores

Police in Warrington, Bucks County Pa. were called to the Michaels Arts & Crafts store on Main Street. A male had fallen from a wheelchair. When officers got there, they found Matthew David Foulke who was overdosing on illegal drugs, police said. This was on December 6,2023 at about 3:54 PM.

upon further investigation, police found alleged drug paraphernalia on Foulke, who at first gave cops a fake name. When they found out who he was, they investigated him further and found he had concealed merchandise from the craft store totaling $252.15.

He also had merchandise he allegedly stole from Staples, nearby . That totaled $259.14. Foulke was taken into custody and charged with retail theft, providing false ID to law enforcement and related charges. He was released on $100,000 unsecured bail, police said.
