Miguel Angel Sanchez, 33, of Sellersville, Bucks County will spend the next 12 1/2 to 25 years in state prison after he plead no contest to raping a 15 year old girl in Quakertown. Police said that Sanchez met the girl and exchanged information with her.

That information was also her Snapchat to which Sanchez asked the girl to send naked photos and/or her preforming sex acts for money. Eventually, they would meet and they went to a shopping center, where the two had sex inside Sanchez’ car. He also communicated with the 15 year old girl’s friends about sending naked photos for money.

Judge Stephen Corr did the sentencing.. In addition to sending him to state prison, Corr sentenced Sanchez to 5 years of probation. Additionally, Sanchez was deemed a sexually violent predator by the Sex Offender Assessment Board and must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. The victim and her mother both gave powerful impact statements with her mother describing Sanchez as “pure evil.” “You’re a despicable person,” Corr said. “I just can’t get over the facts of this case.”

Sanchez was charged with numerous counts of rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, trafficking in individuals, and related crimes. In entering the plea, Sanchez acknowledged the evidence against him was sufficient to convict him at trial.
