It was time to bring Santa to Bristol Township and this year, Levittown 2 Fire Company had the honors. They rode down Haines Road and then onto Millcreek Parkway when where the parade concluded about a mile down the road.
It kicked off from Brookwood Elementary School at noon and from start to finish, took about an hour. Several local businesses took part in the parade, riding a company van with passengers tossing candy to the kids watching from the sidewalk, who were only too happy to scoop it up.

Several people drove antique cars and some of those cars are close to 100 years old. Then there were newer vehicles with tricked out shocks that made the car lean heavily to one side. Fire trucks from the five volunteer companies were spread out into the parade route, to insure the parade was not saturated with fire trucks.

Truman High was represented with the Tiger band. There were twirlers and other groups that would stop and dance or perform for the crowd. This was the cause of any gaps.
