A silver GMC Acadia was being driven in Bensalem on Rockhill Drive near E. Lincoln Highway, on Aug 25, 2025. The tag on the vehicle came back to a Honda. The driver, Isaiah Love, 36, Lardner Street, drove past police who saw the tag and stopped the car.. Love told police he bought the car but did not register it yet. A computer check showed the car was uninsured and unregistered, so it was towed.

Prior to getting towed, Love asked to get his wallet and a black bag from under the seat of the car. The bag was searched prior to giving to Love and police found a gun. The gun, a 9mm Beretta APX was checked through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and found to be reported stolen out of North Carolina in November 2019. Officers also discovered a small amount of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Isaiah Love was then taken into custody.

Love was charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, and traffic violations. He was arraigned by District Justice John Galloway and released on $10,000 (ROR) bail.
