The 70’s supergroup Orleans is making an appearance tonight at the in Lehigh County. The Orleans are known for their hits Dance With Me, and Still the One. Orleans will be performing in Allentown at the Union Terrace Amphitheater on September 12.
This show will be an acoustic concert with the band performing its hits, and more, in an intimate, unplugged format.
The band is known for its tight ensemble playing, gorgeous harmony vocals and inspired, well-crafted songwriting.
The band was formed in Woodstock, NY in 1972 by Hall and the late Larry Hoppen with Lance soon to follow. They released their first album in 1973 and have subsequently had numerous best-selling albums over the years including Let There Be Music,Waking and Dreaming and Forever. The band still tours consistently to great acclaim.
The band celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022.
