Police and fire personnel were called to Sellers Street, near Penn Street in the Frankford section of the city earlier today for a serious fall , When they arrived they found a 35 year old male unresponsive laying on the sidewalk.
He was working on a house and apparently fell from a ladder. Before he hit the ground, the man hit some electrical lines, which electrocuted him. He had no vital signs when he was transported to Temple Hospital. A trained medic from Engine 14 was in the back of the ambulance helping the medics.
It is unknown if the man was a contractor or who he worked for. Police did not say what kind of work was being preformed.
