Bristol Township Police said that two people, Junell Osborne, a 23-year-old male, and Erica Montgomery, a 23-year-old female have been arrested and face charges of burglary and assault, stemming from a home invasion November 28,2025 at the Millcreek Apartments November 28, 2025 just after midnight.
Police said the two arrived at the apartment after the victim allegedly got into a previous argument with Osborne at the apartment.. Osborne returned with Montgomery and allegedly tried to force their way into the apartment using force. It ended when the victim was shot two times.
The shooting victim was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center, where they were admitted in stable condition, police said. Police said they recovered one pistol from the scene.
Osborne has been sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000,000 /10% .. Montgomery was arrested on November 30 and arraigned by District Judge Brian Marriott. She was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at $150,000 / 10%. The victim is in stable condition.
