Yasyn Johnson AKA Yasyn Siplin has family members in New Jersey. Specifically, two children, aged 11 and 6 who he is accused of raping. When the crimes were finally reported, Johnson was nowhere to be found. The case was given to the US Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force.
They found him living at the Creek Village Apartments in Tullytown. A surveillance was set up and when agents confirmed him to be home, they raided the apartment on December 4 at 8:30AM. Police said Johnson was taken into custody without incident.
Johnson was arraigned before District Justice Terry Hughes who set bail at $1,000,000 /10 percent. He could not pay the bail so he was lodged in the Bucks County Prison until he is extradited to New Jersey.
