Police allege that on April 26,2025, Laurie Ann Gardner, 32 tried to run down a woman outside of Phinny Magee’s Pub on Farragut Avenue. The woman managed to get out of the way and avoid what could have been life threatening injuries. Police said Gardner’s car hit a bench, breaking it. She sped off before police could arrive.
Police went looking for Gardener, but she vanished. Every lead they had turned up nothing. The US Marshall’s Service was called in and they got to work.
The Marshal’s worked with the Bucks County Sheriff and the Bristol Borough Police to find her. Just after 9:00 AM January 9,2026, a loud knock on her door indicted her run from justice was finished. She was found living with a boyfriend on Thornyapple Lane.
Her charges include assault with a vehicle, assault. Her bail was set at $500,000 /10 percent. Her next court date is January 21,2026.
