Bensalem Police have arrested William Hagan this week and charged him with the sexual assault of a child he was entrusted to watch.
According to police, the female, who is under 13 years of age would be alone with Hagan on some occasions. During some of those times, Hagan is accused of putting his hands where they do not belong on the girl.
One such occasion occurred in a gas station lot, where the girl was riding in the back seat. Hagan is accused of going into the back seat and assaulting her there. Police said in court documents that there were other times and locations as well.
Hagan was arraigned before District Justice Joe Falcone who set his bail at $10, million. Hagan was remanded to the Bucks County Prison to await his next court date.
