Gabriel Perez, 31, of Eastampton, New Jersey was convicted in federal Court in New Jersey, after he got caught in a sting to catch adults that try to meet children for illicit purposes. Perez, was chatting with what he thought was a 14 year old girl online.
The two arranged a meeting spot and Perez showed up, with condoms i his pocket. He was arrested and was just convicted of attempted enticement and coercion of a minor and attempted transfer of obscene materials to a minor.
He will be sentenced in December of this year. He faces a minimum 10 years in federal prison , but could be sentenced up to life. Court documents do not show what Air Force Base he was stationed at.
