One man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a car making a left turn from Aramingo Ave, to Church Street, earlier this morning. The crash happened at 7:20 AM. Police said the motorcycle was traveling South when the car turned in front of him, police said.
The motorcyclist flew over the handlebars on onto the street. Police said the biker was pronounced dead at a local hospital about an hour after the accident.
No roads were blocked for the investigation, with the exception of Church Street. Traffic was just shuttled around the scene. The driver of the other car did not sustain any injury and was walking around the scene. Her car was towed to the police tow yard where it will be tested for any mechanical failures.
The road was re opened by11:30 AM.
