A 19 year old female is very brave. 10 years ago, when she was nine years old and living at Bucks Meadows Apartments, a male that at times was responsible for her well being and was supposed to be looking out for her best interest allegedly raped her on three different occasions. She came into the Bensalem Police Station and reported the abuse just this week.
The male, Paul Solis-Soriano was named as a suspect and the female victim told police that he did this when he knew her mother would be at work. He was 36 years old at the time.
Police spoke with Solis-Soriano who allegedly admitted to police that the first time he did it, the girls sisters were in another room. He stated that he touched the girls private parts and did other sexual acts, “but only for about five seconds”, police wrote in charging documents.
The next assault was when he woke the victim up and brought her to another room. After the same kind of assault happened, he sent her back to her room to go to sleep. There was a third time as well, police wrote in charging documents.
He told officers that she is “lucky” that he only sexually abused her on just three occasions , because he himself was a victim of sexual abuse as a child. He also admitted that he sneaked into the United States Illegally and is not a US Citizen. He was ordered held without bail pending trial.His charges include rape of a child, assault of a child and related offenses.
