Police in Bensalem Bucks County have arrested a homeless man, Erik Finnegan after he confessed to dumping the body of 25 year old Stephanie Machen along Mill Road. near the border with Philadelphia. cops said that Machen suffered a drug overdose inside a house on W. Russell Street in Philadelphia. Finnegan is alleged to have transported the body and dumped it on the side of the road. After an extensive investigation,cops had enough information to charge Finnegan. he was questioned and confessed to what he did, police said. He was remanded to the Bucks County Prison under $10,000 bail. The investigation continues and more charges may be coming.
