Philadelphia Police are looking for the male responsible for shooting someone after an argument December 5 2019 on the 2900 block of Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia. The incident happened at 5:46 PM. Police said that the victim was standing on the corner minding his own business when the unknown assailant approached the group. An argument ensued and one shot was fired. The assailant walked away from the scene in the direction he came in. no one else was injured.
