Drunk Opens Police Car Occupied by K-9, Gets Attacked and Arrested

A 19 year old male from Hatboro Pa. was trying to go into a 7-Eleven shop in Doylestown Borough, when police saw him and told him the store was closed. They told him  since the area is on lockdown, he should return home.  It was at that time, police said, that Timoteo Guachiac, 18, then opened the passenger side door of the police car and tried to get in.

At that time, the K-9 working with the officer, named  Baron engaged  Timoteo Guachiac who required medical attention. An ambulance was called. Guachiac was issued a summons for public drunkenness by the Central Bucks Regional Police Department. Police said the incident happened on March 29, 2020. The information was just released April 13, 2020.
