by Alex Lloyd Gross

The word “hoodrat” is slang. The definition of a “hoodrat” is someone that lives in  or close to a community and makes that community bad, They pull down the quality of life for law-abiding citizens and when enough hoodrats engage in despicable behavior, property values plummet.  That is why it is important for upstanding members of a community to turn those that commit crimes into law enforcement. “Hoodrats”  come in all colors, religions and ethnic groups. The persons in the above photo are a perfect example of a “hoodrat”.
