If you are involved in a minor accident, you pull over and exchange information, Maybe you call the police to get an accident report. You do not pull out a gun and shoot at the other driver or their vehicle. That fact got lost on the male in the below video.,
He got into an accident with a 25 year old female. She did the responsible thing, pulled over. He got out of his car, demanded money. She then went back to her car. It was at that point, he pulled out a pistol and fired at shot at her car. This was at 21st and Market Streets on October 29,2021. Police just released the video this week. The suspect drove away in a Dodge Charger south on 21st Street. There were no injuries.

- Vehicle Description: 2017-9 silver Dodge Charger, temporary paper tag 3866-761 state of issue is unknown, vehicle may be missing the rear bumper cover and a dent in the rear trunk lid.
