Bensalem Police arrested 25 year old Elmange Watson,  after he allegedly stalked and groped a teenage girl on a bus, going to her job at the Neshaminy Mall.  On Feb 21,2023. Police said that Watson boarded a SEPTA bus at Bridge and Pratt Terminal at the same time as the girl.  While there were other seats available on the bus, Watson chose to sit next to her. In fact, he sat so close, his body was touching hers.

As the bus went through Northeast Philadelphia, Watson is accused of putting his hands on the girls thighs, legs and other groping attempts.  This made the girl uncomfortable. She did not know Watson previously and his touching was not welcome.

As she got to her work at the Neshaminy Mall, Watson also got off the bus. He is accused of following her into the mall and into her place of employment. He harassed her there and only left when the girls boss arrived.
