District Attorney Larry Krasner is not really prosecuting retail theft cases the way some people think he should be. In fact, sometimes his office does not even file charges. Those facts did not stop this anonymous female with green hair from stealing from a store on the 3100 block of Kensington Avenue.
To distract employees and to draw attention away from herself, police said she allegedly set a fire inside the shop on May 7,2023 at about 4:30PM. The store suffered damage and the woman got away. Police and the Arson Task Force are looking to apprehend her but they need to know who or where she is. She may have dyed her hair a different color.
