It was on October 23,2023 at about 9:00 PM when a male hard at work at KMC Distributors on the 1800 block of Byberry Road was in his truck and two males approached him, demanding cash. One of these males had a gun. They two ordered the victim from his delivery truck and forced him into their vehicle. They then were joined by an unknown number of males that helped abduct the victim and they drove him around the area for several hours.
The victim was blindfolded and forced to give up his PIN number so the thieves could take money from his account. This went on for several terrifying hours, and multiple ATM machines were used. They finally dumped him near Street and Hulmeville Roads about 2:00 AM.
A passing patrol officer was flagged down and the victim was brought in for questioning as to what happened by detectives, who were able to put together the vehicle make and model and tag number. This information was put into the national crime database.
The vehicle was in Palmyra New Jersey in late October and was stopped by police there. They then found the owner of the vehicle Dikenson Joshua Noel, 25 years old from the 600 block of Levick Street in Philadelphia was with the vehicle. No action was taken and the vehicle and several occupants were released from the stop. Police relayed that info to Bensalem authorities who found more evidence linking Noel to the robbery.
On November 15, 2023, Dikenson Joshua Noel, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Kidnapping, Robbery, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Access Device Fraud, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, Unlawful Restraint, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, False Imprisonment and Conspiracy. Dikenson Joshua Noel was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Michael Gallagher and he was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10% of $2,000,000 bail.
If anyone has any info as to the accomplices to the robbery, they are asked to contact Detective Aaron Woelkers at (215) 633-3658.
